Opinel No 8 Folding Mushroom Knife - Beech Handle - Stainless Steel

The knife has an 8.5cm curved stainless-steel blade that is pointed enough to cut through stems easily but is designed to avoid damaging the mushroom. The rounded point of the blade increases its safety during use. In addition, the blade is equipped with a boar bristle brush, which is ideal for cleaning recently gathered mushrooms without damaging their delicate flesh.

The beechwood handle of the Opinel No. 8 Mushroom Knife provides both durability and comfort. It has a varnished finish, which increases its abrasion and water resistance. The knife handle is ergonomically designed for a secure grasp while in use.

This knife is equipped with the renowned Opinel safety ring, also known as the Virobloc system. The blade can be secured in the open position for safe use or in the closed position for secure transport and storage.

The Opinel No. 8 Mushroom Knife is more than just a tool; it is a companion for your mushroom foraging expeditions. It is an ideal present for chefs, gardeners, and nature lovers due to its combination of traditional aesthetics and practical functionality.
