How to Use the Kit

Prepare the Tissue

Submerge a plant node or meristematic tissue in Solution A, ensuring complete coverage.

Encapsulation

Use the included micro-pipettes to draw up the tissue and a small amount of Solution A.

Stabilize

Release the coated tissue into Solution B to harden the outer shell and form the synthetic seed.

Scoop Out

Allow the synthetic seed to remain in Solution B for 5–10 minutes. Then, gently remove it.

Germinate

Transfer the stabilised seed into the bio-coupler for growth under controlled conditions.
